Super Metroid LP part 10: An Unholy Fiery Temple

This episode we finish up Maridia and head to Norfair and work our way towards Ridley. Unseen on the map download is a giant area in the southeastern corner of the map. This is often referred to Lower Norfair, Ridley's Hideout, or Ridley's Lair. This place is pretty much a temple dedicated to him. We find the Screw Attack on our way down here after defeating the Golden Torizo statue that guards it. Then we make our way deeper into the lair before finding a save point. Once we defeat Ridley in the next episode, we unlock the Tourian, but will spend some time backtracking first.
