@doublexforte Tia Carrere DID sing Ballroom Blitz in the movie - I've got her CD single. Suzi Quatro had nothing to do with Wayne's World. Do some homework before making wild guesses.

@fatpizzaman I thought Tia Carrere's BB was horrid.....there are so many covers of Sweet tunes out there. I have cassette after cassette of covers of Sweet tunes. Some ok, some horrid.... I didn't realize the Donna's changed up the words to this one. Not liking it....

Not necessarily. Steve Stevens did a good cover of "Action" and I also liked Tia Carrere's version of "Ballroom Blitz" as well as Joan Jett's cover of "AC/DC" that she did on her latest album. This sounds like Toni Basil eating the Sex Pistols for breakfast - but I've heard worse versions of this song.
