He made a transmission on top of the W W V. 10.000 MHz is the time keeping station along with 2.5, 5.00, 15.00, and 20.00 MHz in the USA.
All I said was that he keyed up on top of the W W V, which uses a huge amount of power! It is just funny to me, as a ham. : )
