@gingy717 You're doing it wrong. The cut scene in this video clip is entirely referential to the fact that Mr Burns had his tennis court converted to a living chess set and is not at all "something random".
I do, however, agree with you that Family Guy would've carried on the gag for a very, very long time.

The cutscene showing something random. The only difference is the Simpsons do it way better.
If it was Family Guy they would show the King getting bashed for like 5 mins.
