@jamesclaveria Yes, if you ONLY destroy the ship in the first stage, and NOTHING else (2800 points should be your total if I remember correctly) making sure it doesn't fall on an enemy and destroy it (any explosion can kill anybody. Enemies can kill eachother) you will have every single weapon the next stage, including shield, jetpack, and armor.

One of the most memorable games from my childhood. One of the things I really enjoyed about it was the fact that you had allies fighting with you (even if they're not very helpful). It really made you feel like you were part of a war rather than just a loan super fighter/mech like in many other titles. (and has since been adapted to more recent franchise like COD)

Please make sure you try out Cybernator aka Assault Suits Valken (search for my videos of them) for the Super Nintendo. It's the sequel of sorts, developed by the same team. =)
