'Watashi no' means mine, because 'no' indicates possesion i.e 'watashi no hon'; my book, or 'Miku no koe'; Miku's voice.

It can also be used as "of" i.e 'sekai no koe'; world's voice/voice of the world. :)

well "watashi" is "I" or "me" in japanese as for the "no" she says "wo" normally it is a Particle when an object is the subject. unfortunately I didn't study "wo" to much so I don't know the details
