To turn it ON/OFF, go into a game - press START - OPTIONS, then back out of the start menu. To deactivate it do the same thing.

Tutorial!

1) Download HCHOOLIGAN3's save game

or
http://www.zshare.net/download/63382198b0eadac4/
2) Open the folder that you downloaded, you will see a folder called PS3.
3) Copy the whole PS3 folder to a USB flash drive
4) Put your USB in your PS3
5) Go to saved data utility
6) Click USB, go to COD4 save game data
7) Copy the save game, it should overwrite!
8) Start up COD4

If it's not working for you you're not doing it correctly, try again :)

Very hard how hacker destroy this game. Yesterday anyone makes a hack and now i have a laser on my weapon and a bigger radar. And i can see through walls. That makes no fun. Cod4 was a good game before this hackertime. And before this hack anyone use a another hack. I was very happy that i have max prestige lvl 54 and then i had play TDM and anyone have a hack that my prestige was downgraded to prestige 4 or so. Yes, thats the probleme with yotube. Everyone show this and thats the result. Thanks
