I lived in Racine, WI in 1969-1974, so I fondly recall the "Taverns" where the Familys all went after work, to enjoy Live Music (In Heaven There Is No Beer Polka!) and Good Food , Cildren were Not drinking Alcihol, and each TAVERN had a Sponsored Bowling Team, or whatever...I was Taken to RACiNE by a BAND LEADER- from Benton, Ar, to play "Hot-Licks" at "Buddy's Lakeside Tavern" and worked in a Chrome Plaiting" Factory. OUTSIDE it was -10, so people ADJUSTED.
