Usain Bolt competed in the Festival of Excellence on June 11, 2009. He placed 1st in the 100m race and posted a respectable time of 10.0s considering the rain and wind.
The video is a little crummy because all I had was my phone. I'm sure you'll enjoy this video...I really enjoyed taking it too.

I was in the 4x4 at this meet, and got pictures and autographs from him after, at the presidents reception.
