Hi, i saw that the other comment only translate the part he sings in the video. If you are interesting the song is "Trem das 11(onze)" and the band is "Demônios da Garoa".

hahahah, no he wasnt saying about the guy, he was talking that the guy made "sucess" with the girls, but about the guy he was singing Trem das Onze- Adoniran Barbosa... you can find this song here in youtube, is really famous in brazil, this guy is cute, but unhappily i dont know anything about him!sorry, and his name is not Arrepiar, Arrepias is a verb in portuguese and means to make bristle in english i think! hope i'd help ya! xoxo
