Resident Evil 5 gameplay at NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT 512mb XFX (HD)

Some gameplay of Resident Evil 5 (DX10) for PC.
All settings are maxed out (including AA) at 1440x900.
FPS in the video (blame Fraps): ~30
FPS I really get playing: from 40 to 60

Specs: Intel Core2 Quad Q8200 @2.33GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT 512mb
3gb RAM
Windows Vista 32bit

It was my first time playing the game, so I had to figure out how to kill the boss when making the video, don't be cruel :(

I have a question, i have a 9800 as well, it says i can run starcraft 2 on ultra (pretty hard game to run) with an average of 50 fps on max res. i could run high only 30 fps. then i crashed with BSOD. now i run high 24 fps. what the hell is going on? did i buy a damaged card to begin with? and is the BSOD known to degrade performance? PLEASE HELP
