Cheese Ball Recipe

This cheese ball recipe is perfect for any occassion. In fact, it would be great for a Super Bowl party. ENJOY!!

Do you have a sweet tooth? Here is another yummy one to make

Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese that is softened
1/2 butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioner sugar
2TBS brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 c mini choco chips
3/4 cup finely chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)

Directions: In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until it is smooth. Mix in your sugars and vanilla. Stir in your chocolate chips. Chill....After it has chilled shape into one large ball or two smaller balls and wrap in plastic wrap..Continue chilling. Just before serving roll your cheese ball into your chopped pecans. Serve with graham crackers or any fun sweet cracker or cracker stick.
