To the guy who said Rod Blagojevich scored higher on some governor's score card, you clearly are not from Illinois, (that, or the group that makes those score cards have no idea what they are talking about.) Seeing what he has done firsthand, I can safely say that Blagojevich is one of the worst governors in the history of the state of Illinois, if not in the history of the United States. The fact that he has more corrupt than George Ryan before him is mind-bloggling.
