just have to commit. go to a gymnastics gym and ask someone to help you. use the foam pits etc. also the tuck is important. hope that helps!

@MetroFlexion okay i land on my knees right now abd sometimes i land with both my hands and my feet any tips on getting height??

@renzcalais practice makes perfect and try tucking tighter if possible should help. just takes time to get height and increase your vertical but sounds like you pretty much have it!
