@Tommyfan11 It's based on a fanfic called The Forgotten Power. In the story, Kim discovered no one else remembered Tommy or the Rangers and she came to believe that they were a delusion. Later on, when she was engaged to Jason, she came across Tommy and discovered that he remembered too.
