boPET! We learned abot that in school. You're exactly right friend. It is a half inflated weather balloon made of Biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate (had to look up that spelling). But it's Mylar. They half inflate them because the helium expands when they reach altitude. When they cool and leak, they float back down to terrafirma where it's much more ignorant...
Good eye though. You go to the head of the class for common sense.

This footage appears to be as authentic and real looking as I've ever seen. Especially parking at odd angles and the intense light eminating from random places, in this case mostly around the edge though they are capable of emitting light from all the surfaces. This particular craft is the first I've seen displaying certain characteristics of something I observed 28 years ago only at incredibly close range.
