Jay and coldplay.
I don't know if they could ever pull off another collaboration as good as this. Hot damn this is magic.

I just can't listen to the original anymore. I'm always waitin for Jay-Z's "uh huh, yeah"... Ah such a great mix right here...

Original is better but jayz was good.. At least he didn't rap about money or drugs like lil wayne would have

SHIT, this is new. o-o I never expected a band like Coldplay to collaborate with such a popular rapper. Interesting combo. :P

Coldplay......with rap......I'm so confused o_O

I wish he didn't curse. I hardly if ever hear coldplay curse on their songs so I wish jayz kept that tradition.

Jay-Z and coldplay are best friends, hence this experiment. There's a reason why this is an EP of B-Sides, emphasis on B-Sides. Personally I think a coldplay + Jay-Z collab album will be brilliant and we will be seeing a progression toward this in the years to come. The only down side will be comparisons to the Linkin Park/Jay-Z project which will be completely irrelevant because it would be like comparing....well, Linkin Park to coldplay! LP is has no depth, coldplay is flawfree.

No. Jay really adds something to the song, it's an odd mix, yes, but a bad mix? never.

@Aylward6 wut?

This is a pretty good song! I'm sort of a Coldplay fan anyway (and I like the original Lost!), but I think the rapping fits into this song really well. The song has a sort of hip-hop beat in the background anyway, so something like this way going to work.

I prefer the version with Jay Z. Although the original is fucking incredible as well!
