We are back at Mansfield, Ohio, a very blue-collar city. Note that some of the PRR position light signals have been replaced by a pair of NYC tri-lights at the B&O crossing. A ballast regulator goes to work along the PRR Fort Wayne Line. Then the Ashland Railway's ex-Conrail GP7 pulls a few cars off the B&O branch, and onto a connecting track to join the Erie Lackawanna to Ashland.
