  • M51 so u won't get chips welded to your tool

  • xD omg... no comment -.-

  • sounds really really ... really bad..

  • Sounds like SHIT.

  • If thats a 390 cutter as I think it is, they suck. period. Obviously by the sound of the chatter, you don't give a damn about surface finish. If you want to remove material fast, you should get a high feed mill. Either Sandvik or Iscar are good. I have a 1" Iscar one that I cut 1018 with and it spins at 1200 SFM (4584 RPM) and feeds at .03/tooth (3 teeth) giving me 412 IPM. .035 DOC = 12.4 cubic inch/min removal rate. I also get 6 corners per insert as well.

  • 0.050"?? I've never fed that fast at that depth. I prefer lighter cuts faster, unless it's face milling or shell milling. Maintianing min finish @ 125ra is a must. I never do anything over .030" without blasting coolant at it.

  • @gbowne1 That's too light man!!!!! At least 50 thou

  • yep. too much chatter. I agree. turn the feed up. work on the right DOC too. .019--.025 should work.

  • @canuckleheadlimey haha, ye .. everyone knows everything about anything on YouTube
