School of Fashion Design Boston

Located at 136 Newbury Street, The School of Fashion Design is situated among some of Boston's most stylish establishments.

Established over 75 years ago, The School is dedicated exclusively to the study of fashion and design. Our instructors who are industry professionals share their knowledge and experience with young, aspiring designers. The school itself houses class rooms, design studios, a computer lab and two fashion libraries.

Students enjoy internships with small local designers as well as national and international companies.

With smaller class sizes, the school provides an intimate setting for students and instructors to interact.

The School of Fashion Design still teaches old world techniques but blends them with their contemporary digital age counterparts.
