@incubus6262 most people spray and pray. When you can't see a target but are receiving fire, it's natural to want to do something back. That rescue op was just an unfortunate incident. Instead of being where they expected, the girl was being held in an outdoor fighting position with the insurgents. It's not unreasonable for that man to throw a grenade when you expect that she's inside one of the buildings. She died because the bad guys had her in the line of fire. That's just too bad.
