  • Thanks for your comments. He is speaking about the Americana genre, which so far seems to have resisted selling out in a big way.

    But what happens if Americana starts making big money? Would Emmylou Harris do a truck commercial?

  • Since when is staying true to yourself artistic integrity wise made you money in the biz?

    I thought, the industry always wanted to mainstream bands who have an edge to export them to a wider market. How about real advice rather than idealistic stuff like that?
