Simon explains how more than half-a-century of extremely accurate experiments led him to a new worldview. The fine structure of the measurement errors that everyone disregards as noise is not random. On close examination, it correlates with itself over multiple periods of time, reflecting the planetary motion and much else.

This world appears to be less random than we are used to believe. Every second of time has a unique and recognisable character.

In Russian with subtitles (Click the "CC" button in the viewer).

In Part 2, Simon describes how he arrived at the idea that the histogram anomaly that haunted him for many years could be linked to the rotation of the Earth.
