I love this ending. This ending ALWAYS sends a chill and with such a feel of melancholy.

This ending part is one of my fav Dream Theater parts ever, great feeling to it.

@januto Dude. That's brutal. Tis better to have love and lost, though. I would give a lung to be with a woman who would appreciate Dream Theater with me.

(lolcutoff) the point i think of this song is to tell people to not be too quick to judge people, because people are always different than what you first think of them. This idea can be taken into any situation in life, whether its that odd uncle you barely know or that popular girl you want to date. Always.

This song is absolutely beautiful. It tells a story (partly based off experience) about someone who finds themselves in a situation where they suddenly become afraid due to judging someone poorly and then having thoughts about that they are sure to die. This last part is when the guest pleads for his life, because he has been convincing himself about his death coming too much. The count has to then explain how this is just a misunderstanding and to tell others about this tale. The point i think
I remember when I used to listen to this with the best woman I've ever known, now she is gone, and all I have left is this song.
