I admire Robert Hughes intellect however like all men, no matter how intelligent they are theior "dumb stick" is still king of their brain. This series would be more credible without bikini girls, close ups of bikini bottoms, the topless bimbo in the opening video blurb, and the interview comparing Art to a pretty girl .

This is part of episode 1 of THE SHOCK OF THE NEW which I saw exactly a month ago at the Paley Center for the Media in Manhattan; originally called the Museum of Television and Radio.
