Ariel and Jim Rescue Me (PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION)

Ariel sells her voice to be with Jim for three years on land and then, she is returned to the sea as sea foam, for that was the agreement made with Ursula. Ariel would have rather lived on land for three years with Jim ( whether he loved her or not), than never have been with him.

Ariel and Jim fall in love and Jim vows to help her be saved so she won't tun into sea foam. They steal away to a ship that has a witch aboard who has been revealing to sailors how mermaids change from mermaid to human and back again at will. Ariel didn't know that yet, because merchildren (she's 16) aren't taught how to do this until they are 18.
When she figures out how, she reveals her true form to Jim and they spend the next two years getting to know one another and finally marry.
