@wikichris Yep, but they cannot (adequately) wash under their necks, on their faces, and such. They also cannot get themselves 'wet' when they wash - they can't make that much saliva. So a true bath can clean out some loose stuff, and stuff that licking on its own doesn't get.

I treat them like a dog sometimes I wanted them to be child friendly if and when I have kids. I just wanted good hearted cats thats all.

its so very true I love the water so much so I thought i would try when they were young and it worked people just tend to be scared but dont be look at cats in the wild they go in the water to.
