A Lakland 4-94 bass goes head to head with a P-bass, J-bass, and Stingray. See for yourself that the Lakland can do it all!

  • I think lakland sounds really similar to the jazz bass, but it is very "middy" in comparison with the the P-bass and a little thinner than the Stingray.

However, I love this Lakland bass

  • Pretty convincing demonstration to be fair. The Lakland has a great tone and range of sounds!

Another bass worth considering for covering these types of sounds is the G&L L2000 - wonderful bass also!

  • Bartolini's made Lakland, not LH3. I prefer the barts than the laklands pickups and pre
