realMyst

With Myst i found the way to gaming on a computer (my first intensiv contact with a Mac) and i never changed my interests on a game since i play Myst. The series is for me the best computergame ever and no other game reach this "level" for me. It's hard that Ubisoft canceld this game with the fifth sequel and i hope, that anyone in Hollywood makes a movie with the elements of this fantastic adventure game.

By the way... realMyst is a directors cut of the first Myst game who relased in the year 1996. In this version you becomes a fotorealsitic graphics (full screen), changing weather, more beautiful light-effects, a day/night changing and a secret new (little) level. It was great to come back to Myst.

I got it to run, I had to tweek around a bit and I had to create a game file then open it and then Id wait about 20 sec and it only worked a fraction of the time, then if I wanted to get back on Id have to delete that file and create another game file

@ArsiniC11 you need rosetta for the game to run but snow leopard is too new so i dont know if you need to find an old windows 98/xp pc to play this game

man I have been trying the last 6 hours to get realmyst on my mac. I have it downloaded but always the same thing. I get the msg 'realmyst quit unenexpectedly'. Ive got a macbook pro 10.6.4 leopard???
