for people who don't believe the 3:17 guy is Khloe's father- his name is Alex Roldan, he is Kris' hairdresser and has been for 30 years. Look up the youtube video w/ his name on it, where he is talking to clients at his salon. The resemblance to Khloe is absolutely uncanny. I would be willing to stake money on it- that's her dad.
