Which premium does he mean?The type of premium where u can trade or using cash to donate the server and get powers like unlimited ammo etc etc

you can do this without having premium too
so whats the point

It normally does, as when you write a command like that into the console it writes it to your config.cfg file, which stores all your default settings. So normally it will stay like that forever. If you dont like it, you can always put it back to 54 or 75 or whatever you use.

What's the point of this? it just destroys your depth perception and makes everything feel like your on Ketamine, signs.de servers are some of the worst in TF2. anything envolving a "premium" account is just going to attract douche bags and spoil the game for people who don't realise it's not vanilla mode.
