Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams has been called everything from terrorist to peace-maker, depending on who you ask. Riz Khan talks to Adams for his perspective on the joint government and whether or not a conflict with roots going back centuries can really be over.

  • the last century was 7 years ago. also boring??? I suppose bush and blair were more interesting, not because of their intelligence (which adams has in bundles), but because of how idiotic and moronic they are

  • Ah, its good to hear the rambling rants of a dirty loyalist. As someone said about your hero michael stone. A scitzo nutjob who gave oral releif to johnny adare in jail. Johnny Adare theres another hero of yours. Did you see the latest documentary of him and his nazi buddies. Exact representation of you fuckers.

  • @lennydixie where was the democracy when they partitioned it, against the wishes of the people of Ireland and created a gerrymandered state a "cold house for catholics" i believe, ye hell democracy!!?

  • @lennydixie u dont seem to get the point mate.

when we talk about a united ireland we mean north and south, which is in the europeean union already and free from the british.

u asked me about the majority in the north, but the majority in the north is a very small minority in the whole of ireland.

to make it simpler for u in case u still dont get it, in the whole of ireland north and south combine, the people that want to be with britain are a small minority. got that???

  • @raulgonzales81 what about the majority in Northern Ireland that want to stay in the UK, I thought this was democracy ?

  • @theauldflute I applaud you on your comments.

  • @theauldflute I have lived through the "troubles" in N.I. and your 100% correct on your above post ,- you just have to read Ed Moloney's 'Voices From the Grave' to verify that.

  • @rubysson57 there was no civil war moron, it was a political struggle, please read up before making idiotic comments as it make u look like a proper dumb-ass!!

  • Go on Gerry ya legend

  • Top man Gerry!!!!

we need a united ireland, not some stupid divided ireland.
