Wow, a theist appealing to reason (kind of)!! At least she understands the purview of science and religion. Send this to Michele Bachman and Rick Perry, so they can find a quick counter kook to extoll the virtue of myth in science class.

She said 'science is skeletal remains...'.... sure, ok, but science is also the understanding that Christianity is false in the same sense that schizophrenic hallucinations about a demon in the closet is... science is not only fossils & molecular biology, although that stuff is awesome: science is also that which we use to determine what is true on any issue (monsters, gods, 'voices', any other hallucinations).
-it's sort of cute that she supports some science, but it's pathetically ironic.

As both a believer *and* an educated intellectual thinker, I consider this well said.
