Note: Not Original Total Annihilation or NOTA is a mod's name!
Q: "What did you use for recording?"
A: Spring has an implemented Frame-By-Frame recording system with which you can have frames recorded and converted to a codec that your PC has while recording. That is why it ends up so smoothly.
Problem is you record 2x to 10x longer than on a normal screen recorder(depending on PC) and you cannot record sound. Also you shouldn't try using it while playing a multiplayer game. Though I haven't tried with a standard low compression codec.
AFAIK the keys to activate video recording ingame is still - Ctrl+Shift+F10 or Ctrl+Alt+F10
Q:"How can you smooth move?"
A:"Ctrl+F5 for freecamera"

@annoyingkraken
Not true. It can happen if an explosion shatters the wrecks.

would have been cool if you use the battle music from total annihillation

@xaositectz
I chose not to since other videos had such music added. Who knows I might have Jeremy Soule bragging about using his music, which would be awesome. :D

If you are referring to the timing between video and audio. I rushed it and had the video lagging while editing.
