Marriage is a religious concept and its more of devotion or love may be, one who doesn't have that in any relation tends to have as many relations and break them, its a matter of belief and facing consequences, its not dead, its being ignored

Women file 70% of divorces in the US.
75% of all divorces are "no fault". Women are casually and carelessly walking away from marriages. Not because of abuse, abandonment or infidelity but simply because it's easy. In the process of divorce a woman get primary custody of children 90% of the time even when it's contested consequently she also gets child support, likely alimony, the home most of the savings.
Single men are simply waking up to the fact that marriage has become a raw deal for a man.
