FireFly Foods in flight New B737-800(FY 502) from KLIA-KKIA

The firefly service are good with the new fleet ,well train ground stuff to the cabin crew all are professionally to serve customers satisfaction &expectation as a firefly tagline "Your Community Airlines " but i'm bite disappointed with their survice that offer during flight ,i know the foods we must buy with a bite high from usual but i dont care if the foods are good its worth it right? ,This happen 2 me, i buy "Nasi Beriani syukra" if i m not mistaken the name,the rice so dry hard and the chicken it to salty its like not test like nasi beriani at all :(..U see U all own decide ......

Serious? I booked a flight with FY in Sept this year. EVerything's free! Food, baggage and we could even choose our own seats, FOR FREE!!!

FY is a FULL FRILL airline! It's not like AK or TR or 3K. It is like MI (silkair) of singapore. FY is the sister of Malaysia Airlines. Just like MI is the sister of Singapore airlines.

@KyraPractor Yes seriously last 4 month ago,if u say right now all include full service "I M GLAD 2 HEAR THAT!!" for sure in the future i'll well fly wit firefly again because last time i m really satisfied wit them :).

@fazzlan89 No the foods like AirAsia must purchase but the option are less & quality of the foods not so good like AirAsia ,MAS better because is full service airlines.BTW~FireFly event lack in food flight but the service quite impressive.

The fleet,stuff,cabin crew service are good but i'm disappointed with the foods plus only small bottle mineral water are available on that flight :(
