  • Very interesting concept to motivate the developers to perform structured tests already at unit test level with help from the test team.

    This will increase the productivity of the test team and increase the team spirit between developers and testers.

    This concept would in my opinion be even more efficient, if the team work starts already at design level (based on my experience with more traditional dev projects, about 50% of all errors could be eliminated already during the design phase).
