@RoughBoy1056 Well that's your opinion... good point... but I don't agree with your comment about it having a settling effect on the audience it is great song that they should have done way more often then they did live... I'm sure you'll agree with that...

@ogrebattle22763 Complexity had nothing to do with the issue. The main reason this tune was left out oif the lineup was it has more of a settling effect on people, and ELP tried to work people into a frenzy and energize their audiences more than settle them. I f you listen to and analyze other pieces of their music that they performed, you'll see that they performed many other tunes that were More complex than this, case in point Tarkus Aqua-Tarkus, Pictures at an Exhibition,etc

I think part of the reason they didn't do this song live to much is because it is a very complex song to play & definitely not easy to do live...
