Not ever supporter of same sex marriage is gay. Maybe the assumption that you cannot support the gay community without being a part of it offended her. I'm a straight married woman who would support gay marriage even if it wasn't "PC" because I believe that it is right. It sounds to me that you just don't like her because she supports gays and beat Miss Prejean.

NC is 7.6. CA is 8.5. Miss California should have won. To stand by her convictions against political pressure is an amazing quality of perseverance and upbringing. I say Miss California is Miss America. At least, she is my Miss America.
