chilling2008 - unfortunately they did NOT defeat this disgusting blood "sport". The hunt still go out as normal, I live in the country, last year they even ran amok through my garden, hounds in the greenhouse, arrogant bastards on horses on my lawn asking "who are you?" when I went out in a red rage. Got the police. They did fuck all. Sure they would move quick if I reported someone for smoking pot though. Hypocrites. This country SUCKS!

I was working at Reading fest this year behind a bar, and this pissed guy saw my Lev's tat's and started singing this mockingly, then started rambling about how shit the band are. Naturally, I refused to serve him again ^____^

i recall alan mcgee, then head of creation, saying that this was the best song of all time, sorry al but it really isn't and never even was in the top 1000, it is the levellers best song though, although the album version is much better.
