Helicopter Heist: Dramatic CCTV footage of Swedish daring robbery

Dramatic footage of a daring robbery in Sweden has been released. The burglary took place last year, when masked gunmen used a helicopter to steal more than 5 MILLION dollars. They landed on the glass roof of a Stockholm cash depot and smashed their way in, using a mechanical saw and explosives. A suspicious bag placed at the police heliport prevented officers from using their helicopters to chase the gang. Ten people have been charged - their trial is due to start next month. Most of the money stolen has not yet been found.

@OuterSpawn the helicopter was only used for easy acces and quick getaway they dumped the helicopter in some woods some miles away where its most likely they had some other form of getaway vehicle :) how would they get up on the roof without the helicopter ? the only weak point on the building was the glass on the roof i'd say the helicopter was the best entry and im pretty sure an driver of a getaway vehicle with all that cash would get nerves and crash rather quick

They made one fatal mistake. Its 100x easier to track a Helicopter than a car. Anyone can easily track your location because of all the fantastic gizmos that have GPS
