I advise watching on big screen (or buy the movie with the bonus discs). First movie I've purchased in a decade (thanks in large part to super-suck maintstream yeay!)
// ||-_-|| \\ @Cadmium77 ( RE :: the rabbits )) so kinda creeped out by that part. I agree/ditto the rabbits are awesome.

Of course they're not the same. No one ever looks at my G-rated shock value video the same way either.

Video is a great thing, as it's a great opportunity for independent/new filmmakers to make movies very cheap.
But I think video and film are two different mediums. There are cases where video can be used effectively, like, for a certain look, just like David Lynch did with Inland Empire. But video is never going to look like film. And I think, if you're so far, you have the cash, and do not look for the video-look, you should shoot movies on film and never confuse video with film.

When I heard about the scenes with the big bunnies I thought; "whoa that's going to suck".
Those were the most awesome scenes in the movie.

Inland Empire is the scariest movie i've ever seen.

Those two should work together.
I ran into david lynch outside a denny's once. I told him I loved his movies and he said thanks and lit a cigarette.
