Wow you guys are rough on him. I seriously doubt he is going for the body builder look or world class sprinter. His main point is that everyone should be exercising to some degree.

hey hey doc with some 5-fingers by Vibram...good shut! Great Doc, the only problem on my part is the smith machine... worst equipement available for functionality... use it just maybe no more than 5 % of your year.

By the way, if you want to be a little bit proactive (you probably won't) go look up the studies of the Father of Cardiac Stress Testing... a Scandinavian by the name of Karvonen. You can also go check out Dr. Coopers work as he elaborated on what Karvonen already proved.
Why do you think marathoners are dropping dead on their runs? Inflammation is the number one cause of death contrary to what all the docs are saying. Enjoy the research that I'm sure you won't do, insults are good though.

45 minutes cardio at moderate intensity is not the best way to go.
Look in to the HIIT way to train for cardio. You have to train with high intensity for 1 minute than low intensity for a minute. In 10 minutes you done. Do it 6 days a week for 10 minutes. Make sure you train with high intensity. You lungs will thank you.

great video, i am sure the shoes are very healthy to use to exercise but they make you look like a ballerina. :)
