  • The blinking light on your TX indicates a brown out and has nothing to do with arming the helicopter with the throttle hold switch on or off.

  • Well the only way I can get it to quit blinking is to do what I said in the video. It is just a suggestion not a requirement.

  • Thanks. Helpful video.

  • Bukhuntr09, I have a Eflite Blade SR, and have no idea what I'm doing. Watch several videos about setup and etc. Can u give me any pointers before my first flight. Thxs for any help you can provide.

  • Thanks sooo much.... Super helpful!!!

  • Thanks a bunch! I was wondering what that extra (unattatched) yellow wire was for, or to. As you would imagine, I just kinda brushed through the manual...and after only having the thing for less than 24 hours, was back at the LHS picking up a few MAIN GEARS, ROTAR BLADES, SWASHPLATES, LANDING GEARS...and a few other misc' things that I cannot remember the name of! Sheeesh! And the guy at the LHS begged me not to get this thing as a first timer.....but noooooo! I had to be an idiot! CHA-CHING!!!

  • I have been flying my Blade SR i read through the owners manual...thoroughly!

    1. I have never started my heli with throttle hold on

    2. CH5 adjuster is for multi-use...e.g. it can be used to adjust gyro gain

  • I just purchased this off amazon. I have been flying the blade msr for some time now and i think i'm ready for this one. I have the remote that came with it. Which I know is not as advance as the one u r holding.

Do u think i should upgrade to a nicer radio. Or stick with what i got.

Thing is I want to be able to control it perfectly without flaw.

  • Blade (TAILWAG) Sr... Ugh!!

  • @swur - Does your tail motor sound like it's creating a lot of vibration in the tail??? (Curious if it's normal, or if I'm having a problem.. Just bought it today....)

  • Well I own the Blade MCX2, the MSR, and the 120SR and am looking at the SR as a way into 6 channel collective pitch helis, but I'm not too crazy about that mess of wires zip tied towards the rear of the main frame. Looks too much like an amateur assembled it at the factory. Other than that, I've heard it's a wonderful heli to learn the nuances of CP flying.

  • Top video thank you , i have the same problems with my sr and have done the same, i have found the tail motor a nightmare, so much for ready to fly.
