I got the insanity last month from a friend..and before it I was going to try Turbo Jam and Fire..Congrats on your weight loss..As for the insanity I tried it not quite there yet..I have lost alot of weight..but slacked off n now gained about ten pounds back..so lately I have bought things to motivate me..even heavier weights..and workout dvds..n soon will buy a stability ball.I have a resistance band.I wish you the best..keep us posted..
