wow i love your videos :) their easy to understand and do too. im naturally skinny but i want to tone evertyhing up. i did this workout for the first time yesterday and i planned on working out everday, im trying to focus on my love handles and abs. but im not sure if its good to workout everyday. should i workout one day and rest the next? or should i do just a little workout every second day? thanks!

TIU, I do the workouts EVERY DAY for at least 45 minutes. I'm only 15 so I can't afford the diet plan, and my parents don't have the money either. Is there any thing that you two could post a video or blog on what foods to eat to keep a good diet plan? Thanks!

ugh i go countless leg excersices but it never helps my leg i still have that anouying flab in the inside of my leg i want to were a bikini this summer with haveing to wear short over my bottoms can you please help!!!

When I do ab exercises where I have to put my legs in the air, I have trouble keeping my lower back on the floor. I'm worried I'll strain something rather than get a good workout. Any tips?

It's been one year since I kicked being overweight...in the face! And I have to thank you guys - I'm down 38 lbs and toned up like never before, I feel so confident and I neverrrrr thought I'd wear a bikini -EVER haha. Thanks!

@disbihh352 ugh not us! We started getting issues with our ankles, and after seeing Mike Scott DPT from MikeScottdptDOTcom (Doctor of Physical Therapy) we found out that the 'Shock' on the shoes was actually eliminating any sort of flex in the foot strike, and causing the forefoot to slam into the ground too hard. The best solution was the Skecher Go-RUN :) they promote a Mid-Sole foot strike that is as natural as can be :) and so much fun to run now

I just finished doing this and its TOUGH...I hadn't done this in like 6 months! lol but I'm getting my butt back on the right track :)

I have a question for you girls; how do i keep maintaining an exercise routine? I tend to have good intentions, but then give up or forget later on. It's very hard for me to actually keep with it enough to make a difference. :/
