麵糰材料 / 中筋麵粉 3杯、二砂糖 2大匙、乾酵母粉 1又1/2小匙、水 1又1/4杯、沙拉油 1大匙
餡料材料 / 宜蘭三星蔥 半斤、鹽 1又1/4小匙、黑胡椒粒 1小匙、香油 1大匙
手粉材料 / 中筋麵粉 半杯
做法:
1、取一容器,放入麵糰材料揉成光滑麵糰,放入盆中發酵45-60分鐘備用。
2、蔥切成蔥花加入鹽、黑胡椒粒、香油拌勻備用。
3、麵糰分成5-10等份,每一份桿成長片狀,鋪上青蔥料後包成長條卷狀壓平,再拍上手粉,略放15分鐘。
4、蔥餅入平底鍋,以半煎炸至兩面金黃即可。

    公館夜市水源市場後面,賣聰餅的生意超好!

    這外型跟那個一模一樣。
