The Met Police are understandably struggling with dealing with the London rioters, but they do themselves no favours whatsoever when they do not behave as police officers should, as in the phone hacking scandal and their appalling protection of this doctor, whom they have protected from prosecution by conducting a 15 month investigation that deliberately was not recorded on police systems. My family believe that this was done so the Met Police could pretend to my family that an investigation was taking place and at the same time ensure that this doctor could never be prosecuted. Here is the Ex-Head of Ethics of the British Medical Association caught on tape after the death of my mentally ill sister as she falsely declares herself as my sister's next of kin and executor of her estate to my sisters car Insurance company. This doctor - Dr Fleur Fisher then proceeded to attempt to cremate my sister and took all of her possessions including her car without any legal entitlement whatsoever and without even informing my family that my sister had died, even though she has known of our existence for over twenty years. The Metropolitan Police conducted a fifteen month investigation into our complaint and did not record the investigation on police systems and then stated that there is not enough evidence to prosecute Dr Fisher. The Independent Police Complaints Commission have confirmed that the 15 month investigation is not recorded on police systems and still upheld the decision of the police. The General Medical Council also states there is not enough evidence to put this doctor before a fitness to practice panel. To demonstrate to the public how wrong this shocking and outrageous decision is, given the evidence provided to the GMC, we have provided our full complaint to the GMC on our website.

Our website and the facebook page below are part of my family's ongoing campaign to find out how Carol died. The verdict at Carol's inquest was an Open Verdict. We want to know if Carol's died as a result of foul play . Every time we ask simple questions in relation to Carol's death, such as who was the doctor who certified death? or what was the estimated time of Carol's death? we meet with resistance from the Metropolitan Police. One of our main objectives is to gain access to an emergency 999 telephone call made by Dr Fleur Fisher to the Metropolitan Police on the 29th June 2005, the day that Carol died.
In this telephone call Dr Fisher states that Carol has taken a suspected drug overdose. Dr Fisher was approximately 200 miles away from Carol's flat when she made this telephone call. Access to this telephone call would answer many questions that my family has in relation to Carol's death. How could Dr Fisher know that Carol had taken a suspected drug overdose? Why was the suspected overdose not mentioned at all in the inquest into Carols death? Why has the Metropolitan Police repeatedly refused access to this telephone call for six years? What could possibly be in the call that cannot be heard by my family? No other bereaved family is ever denied access to a 999 call involving the death of a close relative, by any police force in the country. Why is our bereaved family treated differently than every other bereaved family? This telephone call is due to be destroyed in June 2012.
