Most cricket videos feature them being fed to lizards and spiders. This one's done in the spirit of appreciating the beauty of the divine expression in all creatures great and small outside the duality of prey and predator, as natural and unique individuals on the Tree of Life.

  • is it a locus ?

  • Hmm... that's a thought. unknown

  • It doesn't really look like a cricket. Face seems too rectangular & legs look too long. I don't think you can see their pupil either. Could be a species I've never seen before though. It looked like s/he was waving goodbye at the end :3

  • You're right, but it's antennae is too long to be a grasshopper. I can't find it in any of my guide books, so I'd love to know what it really is! Could it be a hybrid? Thanks for your comment and for watching. :)

  • It's beautiful!

  • DONT FUNK WITH SUPER CRICKET THAT IS SUPER...

  • I'm pretty sure a hybrid isn't possible, they're not even in the same order. I think it's a katydid. I didn't think there were species that big though. And no prob :]

  • thanks & you're welcome :)

  • This is great. It's clear by his body language and reactions that he understood every single word you said. thanks for showing us that crickets are people too!
