You notice how the Anti-Spiral has this huge amount of power; defeated every being in the universe, has ships so big they can physically grab planets and throw them at the enemy, he can send people to a multi- dimensional universe trapping them forever, and he can destroy galaxies and create a Big Bang almost on command..... but he can't get along with the others to try and stop the end of the universe without causing a genocide.

The Anti-spirals are only godlike within their own artificial realm that they carved in-between dimensions, within it, his powers were practically without limit.
They aren't all-seeing, they can only track spiral races which have advanced to certain levels, anything else is too insignificant to waste attention on.
